#Fight Flight or Flourish Book

To all those who hunger for what is missing

From Threat to Thriving

When we’re under chronic, elevated, and unpredictable stress, we experience a ‘threat state’ where our attention narrows.

Narrowed focus is a reflexive response to perceived fearful situations.

Flourishing is when we choose to transform perceived stress into a new baseline of meaning, purpose, and social cohesion.
