Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation email) is required to process any returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Digital products or downloads
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Intimate or sanitary goods
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Process for Returns
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at ingra@neurocapital.co or call us at +27 82 612 2378 to initiate a return.
- Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at ingra@neurocapital.co with details.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Include photos of the damage and your order details to expedite the resolution process.
